Die Chrosziel GmbH wurde im Jahr 1973 gegründet und ist ein erfolgreiches und stetig wachsendes Unternehmen aus Bayern, das sich auf die Film- und Fernsehtechnik spezialisiert hat. Bei Chrosziel werden elektronische, feinmechanische und optische Produkte konstruiert und hergestellt. Dazu zählen SunShades, Kompendien, Fluid-Zoom-Antriebe, Filterhalter, Montageplatten und Schärfe-Zieh-Geräte wie beispielsweise ein Follow Focus. Das Modell DV StudioRig plus beispielsweise ist ein sehr beliebter Follow Focus, mit dem das Schärfeziehen zum Kinderspiel wird. Mit einem Zahnrad von mod. 0,8 (206-12) und einem FlexiZahnRing von Ø 60-120mm (206-30) verfügt er über ein besonders griffiges, gepolstertes Komforthandrad, VariLock mit zwei verstellbaren Schärfeebenen, Skala (205-02) und Freilauf. Der DV StudioRig plus ist für eine einseitige Bedienung gedacht. Zudem wurde er für Objektive mit einem Durchmesser von bis zu 130mm erweitert.
